1. How do I launch my online exam?

This information is included in your Exam Registration notification email.

All Certification exams are hosted in Qlik Learning and once purchased will appear on your Qlik learning homepage.

On launching your exam, you will be required to install the Honorlock browser plugin. Biometric authentication is required so please ensure you have your photo ID to hand, when you are ready to take your exam. You will need to take a profile photo and hold your photo ID up to your webcam to confirm your identity before you are able to start your exam. You will also need to perform a room scan.

Honorlock (Qlik’s chosen proctoring system) displays the video camera preview page to test and verify your microphone and camera. All exams are AI proctored (with human pop in) and recorded.

We recommend you watch The Getting Started with Qlik Certification Exams video on Qlik Learning, prior to taking your exam. The video contains essential information about preparing for and taking your exam. You have 3 attempts to pass your exam, and payment is required for each attempt.

If the proctoring platform (Honorlock) detects and flags any unusual activity or non-compliance with any of the above policies either through AI or a live proctor. You will receive a warning, but continued non-compliance may result in the suspension of your exam. Flags do not always indicate a violation but are shared with Qlik exam administrators to provide context.

A human representative will always review any flagged activity as part of the overall exam integrity process. For more information on how Honorlock processes your information, see their Privacy Notice.  You are required to read and accept the Qlik Consulting and Education Services Terms prior to starting your exam.

2. How long are the certification exams?

Qlik certification exams times vary and are between 60- 120 minutes. A timer is displayed on the screen showing the remaining time. You will also be notified 15 minutes before the exam time ends.

3. Are certification exams proctored?

All certification exams are AI proctored and recorded. There is human pop-in should you have issues taking your exam.
