You will be alerted to any issues with your exam by the proctor. A violation of our exam policy may result in your exam being suspended. Suspension violations, include improper environment, lack of audio or video feeds or reading the exam out aloud.

If your exam has been suspended and you wish to reschedule/or book a new attempt, please contact our Customer Support team via our Support Hub at https://community.qlik.com/t5/Support/ctp/qlikSupport. Alternatively, send your query to customersupport@qlik.com.

Remember to state the name of the exam in the subject line and add as much detail as possible in the body of your email so your query can be directed to the right person. Your suspension will be investigated followed by a response from our Certification team.
