1. How will I know if I passed my certification exam?

After you complete your exam, your result will be shown immediately. You will receive an email to the email address associated with your Qlik Learning account with details of how to find your certificate in your Qlik Learning profile.

You will receive an invitation email from Credly.com to claim your digital badge. Follow the instructions in the invitation email to establish you Credly account and start sharing your badge. Should you have any issues with receiving your badge, please contact customersupport@qlik.com.

2. Can I retake a certification exam?

Yes, if you do not pass an exam, you may re-take it.

You are allowed 3 attempts per exam. Full payment or part payment/part discount is required for each exam attempt.

After the third and failed attempt, you will be blocked from registering for the attempted exam until a new exam is released.

3. Do certifications expire?

All Certifications are valid for 2 years from the date of passing the exam. Credly sends a badge email notification six months prior to your certification expiration date.

4. How often are exams updated?

Exams are usually updated every 3 years, but this may happen sooner or later if there is a major product update. Certifications valid for 2 years, so we encourage you to re-certify when an updated version of an exam is published.
